Last week, Thomas and Erin were on a trip to oversee the progress on two projects in Mumbai, India, when they had a full day layover in Hong Kong.  One of our best clients, who owns a private yacht in the Hong Kong harbor, sent it to entertain them for the day!  The day began with a trip around the harbor, including things like the famous floating restaurant with traditional Chinese decor and lots of boats.  The Schoosies were then taken ashore to visit a Hong Kong fish market with lots of exotic seafood delicacies. Some of the dishes were later served to them on-board!  Erin is a vegetarian but Thomas talked her into tasting some, shall we say, challenging morsels.  A bit more interesting than sitting in an airport!
